What’s in your sample, how to begin, and the practice to follow.

What’s in the bottle?

Liquid Stretch Formula, the original Slow Yoga ingestible cannabis oil from Vermont Forest.

Whole-plant cannabis infusion in MCT oil, with sunflower lecithin and vanilla. Contains THC.

Experience 1

¼ teaspoon

Carl’s starting suggestion for these Liquid Stretch samples. Check your bottle’s serving strength first: teaspoon amounts are specific to the formula, not a standard THC dose.

Give it time. Allow 2–3 hours for effects to appear; full effects can take up to 4 hours. Don’t take more because you don’t feel it yet. Notice how you feel throughout the experience.

Experience 2

½ teaspoon, optional

Try this on the next day or a later day, only if ¼ teaspoon was fully tolerated, the effects have completely worn off, and it fits your bottle’s serving guidance.

You don’t need to increase. Stay with less if it works for you. Allow the same time to feel the effects. Don’t double up on the same day.

Know what’s in your sample.

The sample bottle’s size doesn’t tell you its cannabinoid strength. Confirm its harvest, ingredients, and serving information with Carl. The published lab report identifies the product tested; it should match your sample before you use those results as a reference.
